Pricing

Every price is published. Read it before we ever speak.

Four build sizes, one flat number each, and three monthly plans that are optional and always were. Nothing on this page is a starting point for a negotiation.

What a build costs

Four sizes. One flat number each.

Pick the size that matches the work, not the size that matches a sales call. Every number below is the whole build.

Site Refresh

$1,500

About one week

One page, or a light rebuild of a site that mostly works already. The fit when the business is sound and the website is the only thing holding it back.

  • Single-page or light rebuild
  • Migration off your current platform
  • Domain and SSL setup
  • Fast on a handset, built mobile-first
  • One round of revisions

Foundation

$3,500

Two to three weeks

A multi-page build for a small business that needs real pages rather than one long scroll. This is the floor for a full build. Anything smaller is a Refresh.

  • Multi-page custom build
  • Contact forms and click-to-call
  • Local SEO foundation
  • Domain, SSL, and analytics
  • Two rounds of revisions
The common pick

Signature

$5,500

Three to four weeks

The full build. Multi-page, local SEO, booking or forms wired up properly, and the Google Business Profile work that decides whether a local search ends on your phone. Most trade businesses land here.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Online booking or a full form flow
  • Google Business Profile build and cleanup
  • Service and location pages built to rank
  • Live reviews on the site
  • Two rounds of revisions

Premium

$9,500+

Five to eight weeks

Editorial multi-page work for custom home builders and product companies. Project case studies written as case studies, custom photo and video treatment, and drone or timelapse media cut for the page.

  • Everything in Signature
  • Editorial project case studies
  • Custom photo and video treatment
  • Drone or timelapse media
  • Custom features and integrations

The number you see is the number you pay. The build is quoted flat after one conversation and agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, no scope meter running in the background, and no invoice you did not see coming.

Premium carries a plus because the scope genuinely varies: media, page count, and integrations move it. It is still quoted as one flat figure before work starts, never billed open-ended.

After launch

Built once. After that it either sits there or it works.

Three steps, month to month, cancel any time. The first keeps the site online, the second keeps it current, and the third is the one that goes out and finds you work.

Hosting

$100/mo

Your site online, fast and safe. Nothing else.

  • Hosting, SSL and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Anything broken gets fixed

No content changes and no Google work on this plan.

Care

$300/mo

Hosting, plus your site and your Google listing kept current.

  • Everything in Hosting
  • Text and photo updates whenever you want them
  • New pricing, new services, new staff, new photos
  • Google Business Profile kept accurate and current
  • Every review answered
Recommended

Growth

$600/mo

For businesses that want the site bringing in work, not just sitting there.

  • Everything in Care
  • Two new pages every month, written around what your customers actually search for
  • Getting your business named when people ask ChatGPT and Google for someone in your trade
  • One ongoing system built around how you actually book work
  • A call with me once a month
  • A monthly report: what people searched, what they found, what they did

What the two pages are. Service pages, town pages, real jobs you have finished, and the questions people call and ask before they book. Which mix depends on the business. We settle it on the first call and it changes as the year goes.

What the ongoing system is. Every trade books work differently. For one business it is automatic service reminders to past customers when their equipment is due. For another it is a text that goes out when a call gets missed. For another it is online booking wired into the software they already run. One system, built around how you actually get hired, scoped on the first call.

No plan is required to own the site. You own the code outright the day it launches, plan or no plan. Cancelling means the technical side comes back to you, not that anything gets taken away. What happens after launch lays out both paths in full.

Single services

One thing at a time, priced the same way.

Add these to a build or buy them on their own. Same flat-rate rule as everything else.

Extra service page

One more service written up and built out on an existing site, structured to rank for that service on its own.

$450

Extra project page

One more finished project added to a portfolio or case study section, with the photo treatment to match the pages already there.

$350

Town and location page bundle

A set of location pages for the towns you actually serve, each written for that town rather than duplicated with the name swapped. Priced on how many towns and how competitive they are.

$1,200 to $1,500

Google Business Profile rebuild

Categories, services, photos, posts, and questions rebuilt from the ground up, plus the review system behind it. For profiles that were never set up properly or have gone stale.

$600

Common questions

Real questions, answered straight.

Most people ask the same things before they book. Here they are, answered the same way I would answer them on the phone.

How much does a website cost?

Four flat sizes, published above. A Site Refresh is $1,500, Foundation is $3,500, Signature is $5,500, and Premium starts at $9,500. Signature is the one most businesses land on. Which one fits is usually obvious within about ten minutes of talking.

How long until I’m getting calls?

The build itself runs from about a week for a Refresh to eight weeks for a full Premium job. Once the site is live, ordinary search rankings take roughly four to twelve weeks to move, depending on how competitive your trade is locally.

The Google Business Profile work tends to land faster, often inside two to four weeks, because the Map Pack moves quicker than regular search results. That is a large part of why the profile work sits in the Signature tier rather than being sold as an afterthought.

What does owning the site actually mean?

It means the code is yours outright the day it launches. Your site is static files that I wrote from a blank file, not a page builder export and not a template locked to a platform. There is no licence, no monthly fee that holds the site hostage, and no export step that degrades it.

If we part ways, the site goes with you exactly as it is. You can hand the files to another developer, host them anywhere, and keep running. That is true on day one and it stays true whether or not you are on a monthly plan.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

Yes. I register the domain if you do not have one, and it goes in your name from the start. Hosting runs on a fast static platform and is included in all three monthly plans, so there is no separate hosting bill while you are on one.

If you are not on a plan, you point the domain at your own hosting account and pay that provider directly. The domain stays yours either way.

What happens if I stop the monthly plan?

Your site keeps working and you keep owning it. I move the site to your own hosting account, hand over the files, and point the domain at it. Nothing is deleted and nothing gets held back.

What ends is the support: hosting, monitoring, bug fixes, updates, profile work, and anything Growth was doing come back to you. You can rejoin a plan later at whatever the published rate is then. What happens after launch walks through the handoff in detail.

What if I already have a website?

If it works, it does not need replacing. I would rather audit what you have and fix the parts that are not pulling weight than sell you a rebuild you do not need.

If it is a template site on a platform you are renting, a Site Refresh at $1,500 usually rebuilds it and moves the domain across for less than another year of that platform costs you.

What is not included?

Builds do not include ongoing content writing beyond the pages we scope, paid advertising or ad management, e-commerce and inventory systems, or full brand and logo design. Photography is coordinated rather than shot by me, except where a tier names drone or timelapse media.

Anything outside the agreed scope gets quoted before it starts, never billed after the fact. Hosting and Care cover the site as built, so new pages, redesigns, and new integrations are quoted separately. Growth is the plan that builds new pages every month as part of the fee.

Do you do ongoing maintenance?

Yes, and only if you want it. Three optional plans, published above. Hosting keeps the site online, Care keeps the site and the Google listing current, and Growth goes further than maintenance: new pages every month, search and AI visibility work, and a system built around how you book jobs.

There is no mandatory retainer and no minimum term, so you can cancel any time.

I’m a competitor of one of your clients. Will you build my site?

If you compete directly with a current client in the same service area, no. Ranking two businesses against each other for the same local searches is a conflict I am not willing to take money for, and the client who hired me first has the stronger claim.

Outside that overlap, bring it on. Different trade, different town, or a client who has moved on all make it a straightforward yes, and I will tell you plainly which case you are in.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business details, the list of services you want to sell, any photos worth using, and access to the accounts that already exist, meaning your domain registrar and Google Business Profile.

If you do not have photos, we sort that during the build. Nobody has ever arrived with everything ready, and it has never held a project up.
